1. Scope of Services
We provide digital strategy, consulting, marketing, design, and advisory services defined in a Scope of Work (SOW).
2. Client Responsibilities
Clients must provide accurate information, timely feedback, and necessary access for service delivery.
3. Portfolio & Marketing Rights
BT Digital Consulting retains the right to publicly showcase non-confidential aspects of the work delivered, including designs, strategies, and outcomes, for promotional, marketing, and portfolio purposes unless explicitly restricted by the client in writing.
4. Fees & Payment
Retainers and project fees are outlined in each SOW. Payments are non-refundable unless stated otherwise.
5. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to keep proprietary and sensitive information confidential.
6. Intellectual Property
Deliverables transfer to the client upon full payment. Frameworks and methodologies remain property of BT Digital Consulting.
7. Limitation of Liability
Liability is limited to fees paid for services.
8. No Guaranteed Results
Business performance outcomes cannot be guaranteed.
